  • Payment Processors: Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal process billing data. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Cloud Hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform host our platform infrastructure in secure, certified data centers.
  • Email Services: SendGrid handles transactional and marketing emails on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics (anonymized) helps us understand platform usage trends without identifying individual users.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and staff.

Children's Privacy

TechSustainify is designed for learners aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has registered on our platform without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete the account and associated data.

For learners between 13–18 years of age, we recommend parental guidance when enrolling in paid courses. Parents or guardians may contact us to review or delete their child's data at any time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of TechSustainify after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision.
